“The same home”: a new digital
corporate campaign by Human Company

The first installment has already gone live on the open-air hospitality specialists’ social media channels

“Whilst we know that this is a time to stay at home for the good of everyone, we can still do a lot. That’s why we have decided to allay the fears from customers who want to book with us, by creating a new cancellation policy which allows them to cancel their booking or change destination or dates without penalty – anything from 7 days to 24 hours before arrival, depending on the property. With this campaign, we want to give a strong message to anyone who, despite the current crisis, refuses to stop dreaming of their next holiday and comes to our country’s aid; a country that needs promoting now more than ever, but still hasn’t lost any of its splendour”, explains Bruna Gallo, Human Company’s Commercial Manager.

The new cancellation policy is being implemented at ten of the Group’s open-air properties, located in tranquil natural surroundings or on the edge of Italy’s most beautiful cities in Venice, Florence and Rome, and in its three ultra-modern hostels in Florence, Prague and Berlin. In its six holiday parks in seaside and inland locations in Tuscany, Lazio and Venice, and for bookings made through its in-house accommodation agent Human Travel, any cancellations or changes to destination or dates can be made, free of charge, any time up until 7 days before the planned arrival. Customers booking any of our three Plus Hostels and Hotels, as well as Villa la Palagina, a boutique hotel surrounded by olive groves and vineyards of Chianti, and the three Camping in Town sites at Florence, Rome and Venice, can cancel any time up to 24 hours before their planned arrival date.

Bruna Gallo continues, “Even if the current situation is making us all feel a little more vulnerable and uncertain, this doesn’t slow down our imagination, which is something that knows no barriers and can put us in the open air of the countryside and amongst the rich beauty that this country has to offer. “We want to get people thinking again about holidaying in Italy, because we are proud people with a strong sense of affinity and responsibility. With this campaign we are making this dream realistic, allowing our guests to bring their plans to fruition with complete confidence. We’re ready to open as soon as is possible, with our usual smiles and with all the passion we have for what we do, aware of the responsibility we have of providing a safe and secure holiday.”
